My dad's words Failure is stepping stone , he said this when I was 12 years old, and I was in middle school. I failed in Physics and did not tell my dad about my marks, he came to know through my teacher. First I thought he will scold me for not telling him, that he had to hear from teacher. Instead he said no matter what the current situation is, just be open . By being open developed so much trust and respect. In turn created a safe environment to share ups and downs. Being an entrepreneur and a mom is a special combination. You not only building a business that has positive impact to people around you and on the world. It creates ripple effect. Having a big picture is the idea of leaving a legacy . Every time, I switch from Mommy mode to Leader mode, the questions I ask "What is one difference I made today? What am I grateful and proud of? What needs to be improved? I believe that when you allow your children and your passion to be the driving force behind everything you do, the universe has no choice but to reward you.
